Personal Data Protection

The company Deltamobile S.R.O., with its registered office at Ovenecká 348/36, 170 00 Prague, Company ID 24850357, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 180248 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” or the “Controller”), processes, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), the following personal data:

• first name, surname
• email address
• telephone number
• address/registered office

2. The above personal data must be processed in order to process orders and fulfil further contractual obligations if a purchase contract is concluded between you and the Seller. Such processing of personal data is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract.

3. News and other commercial communications may be sent to the buyer's email address or telephone number. This procedure is permitted by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, unless the buyer refuses such communications. These communications may be unsubscribed from at any time and in any manner, for example by sending an email or clicking the unsubscribe link in a commercial communication.

4. We determine your satisfaction with your purchase through email questionnaires as part of the Verified by Customers programme in which our online store participates. We send these questionnaires whenever you purchase from us unless, pursuant to Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on Certain Information Society Services, you opt out of receiving them. We process personal data for the purpose of sending questionnaires under the Verified by Customers programme on the basis of our legitimate interest in determining your satisfaction with purchases from us. For sending questionnaires, evaluating your feedback and analysing our market position, we use a processor, the operator of the Heureka.cz portal; for these purposes, we may provide it with information about the purchased goods and your email address. Your personal data is not passed to any third party for its own purposes when the email questionnaires are sent. You may object to receiving email questionnaires under the Verified by Customers programme at any time by opting out of further questionnaires using the link in the questionnaire email. If you object, we will no longer send you questionnaires.

5. Personal data is processed by the personal data Controller. Personal data is also processed for the Controller by the following processors:
a) The provider of the Heureka service, operated by Heureka Shopping s.r.o., with its registered office at Karolinská 650/1, 186 00 Prague 8-Karlín
Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU.

6. The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. The Controller may be contacted at info@deltamobile.cz.

7. The personal data Controller, as the operator of the website www.deltamobile.cz, uses cookies on this website.

The collection of cookies for the purposes stated above may be considered processing of personal data. Such processing is possible on the legal basis of the Controller's legitimate interest and is permitted by Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation.
Cookies collected for the purpose of measuring website traffic and creating statistics concerning website visits and visitor behaviour are assessed in aggregated and anonymous form which does not allow identification of an individual.

Collected cookies may be processed by additional processors:
the provider of the Google Analytics service, operated by Google Inc., with its registered office at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA;

8. Please note that under the Regulation you have the right to:
- unsubscribe from commercial communications at any time,
- object to processing based on the Controller's legitimate interest,
- request information from us about which of your personal data we process,
- request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing,
- request deletion of your personal data; we will delete it unless this would conflict with applicable legal regulations or the legitimate interests of the Controller.
