Payment and delivery

You can pay in our store using the following methods:

Cash or card payment when collecting the goods in the store.
Cash payment upon delivery by courier.
Payment by bank transfer or online card payment.

We offer the following delivery and collection options:

Personal pickup: Collection of goods at our store (free of charge). Ovenecka 348/36, Prague 7
Czech Post: from CZK 105 (according to Czech Post conditions)
Delivery to address: (price from CZK 120). Delivery directly to the recipient on the next business day after the parcel is posted.
PPL Parcelshop: (price from CZK 100) The order will be sent to a PPL Parcel Shop. Delivery within 24 hours throughout the Czech Republic.
Zásilkovna.cz: (price from CZK 100) The order will be dispatched no later than the next business day. You can collect your e-shop order at a pickup point of your choice.
GLS transport company: (price from CZK 100) The order will be sent to an address or to a GLS Parcel Shop. Delivery within 24 hours throughout the Czech Republic.

Important information:
Parcels for Delivery to address are handed over to the post office every business day until 15:30. Orders received later are posted on the next business day.
The GLS courier service can only be used on business days (goods must be ordered by 12:00; orders received later are handed over on the next business day).
Parcels for Zásilkovna.cz are handed over every business day until 12:00. Orders received later are handed over on the next business day.

How to shop at Deltamobile.cz
1. Choose your goods
You can search by entering the name of a specific product, manufacturer or product type in the search field, or by using the category menu. Then enter the required quantity and click the “Add to cart” button.
2. Add the goods to the cart and place your order
You can edit the contents of the cart by removing items or changing their quantities.
3. Choose the delivery method
Select your preferred shipping method in the cart. The price of each delivery option is displayed immediately.
4. Delivery and billing details
Enter your contact details and all required fields (marked with an asterisk). Then choose whether the purchased goods should be delivered to the same billing address or to another address. If you are purchasing as a company, enter the company billing details (company name, company ID, VAT ID).
5. Choose the payment method
Select your preferred payment method in the cart. You have 4 options.
Cash or card (payment in store)
Cash on delivery when receiving the goods
Bank transfer to our account
Visa/MasterCard payment card (the payment is made online in the next step after confirming the purchase)
6. Submit your order
After completing all required fields, you can submit the order by clicking the Complete Order button. The system will check all the information provided and, if no errors are found, register the order in our system. You will be informed about all further steps by email at the address provided in the delivery details. If for any reason you do not receive the order confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
