These 100 g plastic welding rods are designed for professional and hobby repairs of plastic parts made of PP+T2X, PP+ET2X, PP+GF10, PP+GF20, PP+T10, PP+T20, PP+T40, PP+EM1, PP and PP-U. These modified polypropylene blends are used mainly in the automotive industry, where they offer high strength, impact resistance, good flexibility and long service life. Depending on the specific type, they may be reinforced with glass fibers (GF), filled with mineral additives (T) or modified with elastomers (EM), which improves their mechanical properties.

The welding rods are suitable for repairing cracks, broken brackets, damaged covers and other mechanically stressed plastic parts. When heated correctly, they create a strong and homogeneous weld with high resistance to vibrations, impacts and normal mechanical load. The material melts easily, applies well and allows you to create a high-quality joint with a long service life.

PP+T10, PP+T20 and PP+T40 materials contain mineral fillers that increase the rigidity of the plastic. PP+GF10 and PP+GF20 refer to polypropylene reinforced with glass fibers for higher strength. PP+T2X, PP+ET2X and PP+EM1 variants are intended primarily for modern car bumpers, trim strips and other exterior plastic parts, especially in European vehicles. PP-U denotes a universal polypropylene welding material suitable for a wide range of PP plastic repairs. 

Before welding, we recommend checking the marking on the plastic part and using a welding rod made of the same or compatible material. The correctly selected welding material is the basis of a strong, flexible and long-term reliable joint.
