Plastic welding rods U-FLEX universal 100 g

U-FLEX plastic welding rods are a universal solution for repairing plastic parts where it is not possible to use standard welding material or the exact type of plastic is not known. Thanks to their special composition, they allow joining different kinds of plastics, including some hard-to-weld materials and blends used mainly in the automotive industry. They are suitable for professional workshops as well as home repairs. 

U-FLEX is suitable for repairing plastic bumpers, fairings, brackets, engine bay covers, wheel arches, plastic panels, and other technical parts. In addition to standard welding, the material can also be used to fill cracks, holes, broken corners, or missing parts of plastic components, making subsequent sanding and final surface finishing much easier.

The material is compatible with a range of plastics and their blends, for example E/P, PPO+PA, PPE+PA, PPE+PS, TEO, TPO, TPU, TPE, TEE-TES and ESBS. This makes it an ideal choice for repairing plastic parts that are not clearly marked or contain multiple types of polymers. U-FLEX is also often used when repairing plastics on French cars or combined PP/ABS materials, where standard welding rods do not provide a sufficiently strong joint.
