Pulse Spot Welder for Battery Contacts Sunkko 737B/G

SUNKKO 737B/G is a spot welder for spot welding аккумуляtors into battery packs using nickel strips. The station offers spot welding using welding electrodes located in the body of the station. The pressure needed to activate the welder contacts can be adjusted using the rotary control on the top chassis of the station in the range of 200g to 700g. Welding can also be performed using the foot pedal included in the package. Thanks to this, there is no movement
between the welding strip and the battery. Strips with a thickness of 0.1 to 0.2mm can be welded. After placing the battery with the required strip to the tips of the spot welder and pressing upward against the set force, the microswitch is activated and the spot welder creates two spot welds. Under the welding electrodes there is LED lighting that illuminates the weld area, allowing work even in poor lighting conditions. The welder features adjustable welding current from 50A to 800A to achieve an optimal weld depending on the welded material. In addition to current, it is also possible to set the number of pulses for one weld – 1 or 2. The power consumption of the battery welder is 2 – 15A from a 230V mains supply.
