AG TermoPasty soldering paste is a medium-active flux in paste form based on rosin. It makes soldering easier and helps create high-quality, reliable soldered joints, especially where ordinary rosin alone may not be effective enough.
It is suitable for soldering copper, silver-plated, galvanized and nickel-plated components. It can be used, for example, in electronics repairs, radio engineering, telecommunications and the assembly of electrical equipment.
Suitable materials:
Copper, silver-plated components, galvanized components, nickel-plated components.
Main features:
Rosin-based paste
Medium-active flux
Makes soldering of harder-to-solder surfaces easier
Solder residues do not cause corrosion of non-ferrous metals
Residues may remain on the joint after soldering
For a cleaner result, an alcohol-based cleaner can be used

Frequently asked questions
Is the soldering paste suitable for copper?
Yes. The manufacturer explicitly states use for soldering copper components.
Can it be used on galvanized surfaces?
Yes. The paste is also suitable for galvanized components.
Is it suitable for nickel-plated surfaces?
Yes. Nickel-plated components are directly listed among the recommended materials.
Can I also use it on silver-plated components?
Yes. The soldering paste is also suitable for silver-plated surfaces.
Is it necessary to remove the paste residues after soldering?
No. According to the manufacturer, residues may remain on the joint. However, for a cleaner result, an alcohol-based cleaner can be used.
How large is the package?
The AG TermoPasty datasheet states 40 g packaging for ART.AGT-037.
