Yihua 982D-II dual-channel soldering station

YIHUA 982D-II is a dual-channel digital soldering station designed to work with two soldering handpieces at the same time. It combines support for the C210 system for fine micro-soldering and C245 for soldering larger joints, so there is no need to switch handpieces during work.

The station uses intelligent PID temperature control and allows settings in the range of 90–450 °C. Power is automatically adjusted to the handpiece in use – up to 120 W for C245 and 40 W for C210. The clear LCD display with adaptive display highlights the active handpiece for easier operation.

The model offers 4 programmable memory channels (CH1–CH4), automatic sleep mode, automatic power off, switching between °C and °F, sound alerts and quick tip replacement without tools. The station also includes an integrated tip holder, brass cleaner, sponge, solder tray and cable guide holder. The antistatic ESD Safe design protects sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge.

Temperature control in the 90–450 °C range with digital PID regulation

The station allows you to precisely set the working temperature for each handpiece in the range from 90 to 450 °C. The PID system is responsible for maintaining a stable temperature, monitoring and automatically correcting even the smallest deviations. This helps prevent component overheating and ensures repeatability and quality of solder joints – especially important for SMD components.

Temperature control directly from the handle – buttons on the handpiece

Each handpiece is equipped with an ergonomic button that lets you quickly change the temperature without reaching for the main panel. This unique solution shortens response time, improves comfort and allows you to smoothly adapt operating parameters to changing tasks – without interrupting work.

Tilting LCD display – always visible at the perfect angle

The large backlit LCD display can be angled, allowing you to conveniently monitor temperature settings in all conditions – regardless of the station position, room lighting or viewing angle. This is especially useful in work areas where quick parameter reading is important.

Built-in temperature calibrator – factory-installed, with spare sensors

The Yihua 982D-II station is one of the few on the market with a factory-built tip temperature calibration system that works without the need to connect an external measuring device. The set includes up to 5 temperature sensors that can be plugged into a special socket on the station panel and instantly calibrate any new tip or handpiece – while maintaining full accuracy.

3 independent temperature memory channels for each handpiece

Both handpieces can be programmed and saved with 3 separate temperature settings that you can use depending on the type of work you are doing. Switching between them takes just a moment – without the need to re-enter values. Ideal if you often work with different components requiring different parameters.

Sleep and cool-down function – saves energy and protects tips

After placing the handpiece in the stand, the station automatically lowers the temperature to a safe level (so-called sleep mode), which reduces energy consumption and extends tip life. You can also set the sleep delay time (for example 1–10 minutes), allowing you to adapt the device to your own work habits.

Integrated stands with cleaners and cable holders

The set includes two sturdy stands, each with a sponge and a brass cleaner for removing excess solder from the tip. Additional holders allow you to route the handpiece cables neatly and safely, improving ergonomics and keeping the workspace tidy.
